We’re looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to grow our San Joaquin Valley market and represent our brand with pride.

What You’ll Do

• Lead sales efforts across the San Joaquin Valley territory, working closely with dealers, dairy farmers, and industry professionals.
• Generate new business opportunities, create quotes, and turn them into orders across our consumables and equipment portfolio.
• Visit dairies and industry partners, providing solutions that improve customer performance.
• Conduct parlor audits with our Dairy Performance Team to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Keep a close pulse on market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights to strengthen our strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Agriculture background (essential) or Dairy background (desirable) – you understand the industry and the people in it.
• A proven track record of sales success (minimum 2 years in dairy or agriculture).
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field desired.
• Strong communication skills – confident presenting in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Comfortable using basic PC tools (Word, Excel); CRM experience a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel throughout your territory (and occasionally beyond).

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• This is a field-based role with a mix of on-the-road customer visits, trade shows, and some admin work from home or the office.
• Frequent regional travel throughout the San Joaquin Valley; occasional out-of-state trips for training or events.
• Ability to walk and stand in dairy farm environments, including uneven or wet surfaces.
• Comfortable with occasional exposure to farm conditions (noise, odors, livestock, outdoor weather).
• Ability to lift and carry samples or product materials (up to 25 lbs.).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive long distances.
