Youth Staff in Windermere, Florida at Country Club Management of Orlando Inc

Come join a fun-filled team that provides unforgettable experiences to our youngest members in an exclusive country club with meals included. Our main event days are Wednesday early evenings, Fridays and Saturdays. We operate on a rotating schedule that is based off of the club event calendar.

Our program is responsible for all duties related to youth and family activities at the club.

Responsibilities:

• Greets members, parents and guests in a professional courteous way
• Ensures knowledge of company policies and procedures as it refers to your department
• Is aware of other club events and can handle member inquiries in a professional manner
• Supervises children when in our care and adheres to all rules especially safety regarding our younger members
• Assists parents when signing their children in and out, including checking identification when necessary
• Maintains a positive team atmosphere and demeanor
• Assists with creation of decorations for events
• Assists with set-up and take down of decorations for events
• Performs routine safety checks of all areas for events before we begin and ensures proper set up and take down. Makes sure all areas are free from debris and left in the way we found them
• Engages each child during activity time
• Continuously cleans all kid’s areas before and after bullpen playtimes
• Routinely sanitizes high touch toys and soaks them to ensure cleanliness
• Has flexibility with scheduling and private event needs

• Must enjoy working with children of all ages.
• Must be flexible to work some weeknights, weekends and holidays.
• Primary work availability is Wednesday evenings from 5-9pm, and Friday or Saturdays starting at 5:30
• Must work a minimum of three shifts a month with at least one weekend day. Schedules are dispersed a month in advance.
