Job Description

The Americas Strategics team is responsible for growing our business with Alianza’s largest prospects and customers. This includes both new customer acquisition as well as driving revenue growth within existing accounts. In this role, you will engage with a cross-functional team including Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, Operations, Professional Services, Finance and Legal experts to ensure Alianza becomes an indispensable strategic partner to two of our key customers: AT&T and Consolidated Communications. This is an outstanding opportunity to help lead the transformation away from legacy softswitch architecture and copper-based networks in favor of a next-generation solution built for AI innovation, scale, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships
  • Ensure the successful implementation and launch of active Alianza projects
  • Drive revenue growth from current footprint and secure additional use cases
  • Position Alianza as the platform of choice for network transformation
  • Engage in the development of new business opportunities including AI-driven services
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Alianza, ensuring feedback loops are closed

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Tier 1 Service Provider sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience selling to AT&T
  • Strong technology background, including expertise in:
  • Voice services (SIP, hosted voice, VoIP)
  • UCaaS (collaboration, mobility, video, messaging)
  • CCaaS (contact center, AI-driven engagement)
  • Cloud and on-premises solutions, including hybrid and migration paths
  • AI applications (automation, conversational AI, analytics, customer experience)
  • Demonstrated record of sales success: meeting or exceeding quota
  • Proven ability to orchestrate complex sales in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to engage at multiple levels: from individual contributors to senior leadership

Desired Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including cross-functional collaboration and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
  • Experience with Consolidated Communications is a plus
  • Based in Texas with easy access to Dallas and Houston
