Are you ready to build a hands-on career in machining or field service? Join our 4-year Machinist Apprenticeship Program and get paid to learn from the best in the industry—while earning a degree from Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC).

Start Date: August 21st
Compensation: $18–$20/hour + Paid Education

What You’ll Get:

• Paid Education: Employer covers up to 100% of tuition and books
• Weekly Class Time: Attend school once per week (Thursdays) and get paid for it
• On-the-Job Training: Work 32 hours/week in a real-world machining environment
• Summer Start: Begin this summer to get a head start and show your work ethic
• Career Path: Choose between CNC machining or field work as you progress
• Structured Raises: Formal pay increases at set intervals

Program Details:

• Duration: 4 years
• School: 2 years at WCTC (no summer classes)
• Schedule:
  • Mon–Wed & Fri: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Thurs: Paid class day
• Tuition Reimbursement Based on Grades:
  • A = 100% | B = 75% | C = 50%

  Contract Terms:

  If you voluntarily leave or are terminated for cause, you’ll be required to repay any tuition reimbursement received in the 12 months prior to your departure.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interest in mechanical systems or manufacturing
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Able to maintain strong academic performance
