Staff Hours: Mon-Thur 8:15am-4:15pm; Fri 8:15am-12:15am

Camper Hours: Mon-Thur 9:00am-4:00pm; Fri 9:00am-12:00am

Lunch: 12:00pm-1:00pm daily (Staff can leave the camp location for lunch)

Job Type: Seasonal Contract

Pay: $500 for the week

Attire: A Nike t-shirt and a pair of Nike shorts will be provided for all staff each week of camp. All staff will be required to wear Nike shirts, shorts & shoes for the full duration of the camp week.

Experience: Anyone interested reach out. Preferences are as follows: Current/ retired college & professional players, current college/ high school/ club coaches. A minimum of 6 years of experience is required to be accepted to this position. This position is not based on age nor will any candidate be discriminated against for their biological age. Nike Volleyball Camp Coaching Position

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Volleyball Coach to join our team. This position is for experienced coaches as well as for collegiate athletes with minimal coaching experience and the desire to level up their coaching skillsets and resume.
This Nike Volleyball Camp will have a Director/ "Head Coach" in place so all Coaches can walk in and do what they do best without worrying about the backend work. The main responsibilities are in the hands of the Director so Coaches will be able to observe, learn, and gain knowledge to one day be able to execute themselves. This environment allows live-time mentorship as well as the ability to work with a wide range of ages and skill levels which is not available in most coaching environments. Another benefit of this short week is coaches get to be themselves without the pressures of meeting season-long expectations from organizations, parents, and players alike.

General Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the daily plan presented and demonstrated by the Director.
- Provide corrections and guidance to players on the fundamentals of volleyball.
- Develop and implement strategies to help players improve their skills.
- Motivate players to work hard, learn new skills, & reach their potential.
- Actively listen and take in the drill demonstrations given by the direct
- Ensure campers are accurately executing the demonstrated fundamentals, drills, and gameplay based on the Directors instructions and demonstrations.
- Be coachable to and apply Director feedback
- Evaluate camper performance and provide live-time constructive feedback.
- Effective and constant communication with the staff team and campers
- Lead campers and other staff by example
- Have the confidence to take the lead in ensuring a successful camp experience at all levels.
- Enforce camp rules and regulations when needed.
- Assist in maintaining a safe environment for campers.
- Creating and maintaining a fun enjoyable camper experience!
