Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Be Rockin’ Every Day:

• Lead and schedule daily maintenance and repairs like a pro.
• Keep our preventative maintenance on track and on time.
• Manage equipment changeovers and make sure everything’s dialed in.
• Help with equipment installs and upgrades alongside our Ops Manager.
• Motivate, train, and build an all-star maintenance team.
• Keep safety at the top of your game—always.
• Make sure all lighting (inside, outside, docks) is shining bright.
• Do weekend and holiday walk-throughs when needed to keep things tight.

What You Bring:

• Solid maintenance leadership or industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical know-how and troubleshooting chops.
• A natural ability to lead, coach, and keep your team on point.
• Great communication and time management skills.
