Training - the State Swim Way:

• Hands-On Experience: Receive on-the-job training with experienced, qualified Swim Teachers.

• Proven Teaching Method: Learn the effective State Swim method for building confidence in your teaching.

• Instructor iPads: Utilize our easy-to-use iPads to guide you through lesson plans and class coordination.

Core availability requirements for all sites are:
Afternoons - 3:30pm – 6:00pm.
Weekends - 8:00am – 12:30pm.

Additional shifts may be available at selected sites:
Mornings – usually 9am to 11am
Interm school swimming - usually 12pm – 3pm

About you:

You need to be committed to achieving a Swim Teaching Qualification, be a good communicator and confident in teaching kids.
