About This Position

Description:

Ridezilla is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team in Carson City, NV.

This role is responsible for assisting customers and internal teams with parts and accessories, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting daily Parts Department operations. The Parts Advisor plays a key role in delivering a strong customer experience while contribute to overall department performance and profitability.

Parts Counter Responsibilities

  • Assist internal and external customers in identifying and purchasing parts and accessories quickly and accurately.
  • Recommend complementary and add-on products to increase overall sales and Profit Per Customer.
  • Generate special orders for non-stocked items and communicate updates on backorders or arrivals.
  • Enter customer information and sales data into the dealership management system (DMS).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter area.
  • Support merchandising and product presentation within the retail space.
  • Assist with vendor orders as directed by the Parts Department Manager.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization according to department standards.
  • Perform weekly inventory tasks and cycle counts as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Process daily reports as required.

Customer Service

  • Greet every customer in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Engage customers to understand their needs and provide helpful solutions.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and route calls as needed using best practices.
  • Maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor to build strong customer relationships.

Work Expectations

  • Report to all scheduled shifts on time and maintain consistent attendance.
  • Maintain accuracy in transactions, inventory handling, and documentation.
  • Support overall department goals and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
