Mental Health Therapist at EXODUS Management Group LLC – Baltimore, Maryland

The Mental Health Therapist will assist clients to overcome or learn to live with their psychological disorders. The Mental Health Therapist will meet with clients to access and diagnose the client. Therapist will then utilize CBT and other techniques to develop a course of therapy. Must have a working knowledge of computers and software (i.e., Zoom & MS Office 365). ICANotes software experience a plus!

The Mental Health Therapist will assist clients to overcome or learn to live with their psychological disorders. The Mental Health Therapist will meet with clients to access and diagnose the client. Therapist will then utilize CBT and other techniques to develop a course of therapy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients and assess their mental state, identify behavioral patterns and emotional complications.
• Meet with clients according to COMAR regulations to provide group and individual therapy. Record group and therapy notes in ICANotes according to COMAR regulations.
• Develop and implement systems to ensure optimal direct client care.
• Responsible for knowledge of and adheres to COMAR regulations and HIPPA laws.
• All other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health
• Must have an active state license (LCPC, LGSW, LGPC, LMSW, LCSW)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must have excellent problem solving, decision-making, as well as analytical skills.
• Must have very good verbal and written communication skills.
