Job Summary: The main focus of the Intermediate Cash Management Specialist will be in one of two areas: Operations or Support. Responsible for providing operational, technical and administrative support for the implementation and ongoing servicing of Cash Management products and services for Minnwest Bank non‐consumer clients. Knowledge of CM services and their inner workings. Relied on to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations Specialist- Perform checkback of daily input by Cash Management Support staff to verify all application maintenance generated on the EBB file maintenance report and comparing completed Cash Management documentation to the correlating services (Bill Pay, Positive Pay, Mobiliti, RDC, etc.). This position will provide backup coverage to other CM positions when needed,
- Develop and manage correction logs, doc imaging and data collection reports.
- Will work to maintain integrity of files in M Drive and Director, through consistent file review and clean-up.
- Assist Cash Management Support as needed on client maintenance, implementation and ongoing servicing of CM products to clients.
- Responsible for managing inactive users, token management, and other ongoing tracking needs. This includes customer, internal and external contact when needed.
Support Specialist
- Responsible for initial client setup, installation, training and ongoing maintenance/servicing of CM products (ACH origination Services, Business Online Banking, Business Bill Pay, Online Wire Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and others).
- Responsible for Business Account related maintenance such as service charges, rate adjustments, and sweeps.
- Have working knowledge of CM agreements and documentation along with proper completion and implementation of CM products and services
- Coordinate, schedule and monitor the implementation of CM product with clients and MW staff by proactively delivering excellent follow up both pre and post-sale. On an ongoing basis be responsible for educating clients on CM services and providing product demonstrations.
- Primary resource for CM support calls/inquiries. Researches and resolves client requests, operational and technical issues and discrepancies experienced by clients and will assume primary responsibility until issues are resolved.
Other Administrative Duties:
- Stays current on knowledge relating to CM products, services, departmental systems and related technology.
- Assist Director of Cash Management with special projects related to CM products and services.
- Provide administrative support to department on projects and centralized tasks
- Adhere to all CM risk policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Post secondary degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous banking experience
- Basic knowledge of Cash Management products and services/eDelivery Platforms
- Organization, time management, and respectful communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bank operations and/or customer support experience
- Experience with Navigator, Q2 Console, and Microsoft Excel
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Workplace Environment:
- Requires face-to-face interaction and coordination of work with other employees and departments, and in-person interaction.
- Working at a computer and utilizing a telephone
- Occasionally lifting up to 50lbs
Pay Range: $22.40 - $25.20/hr
The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. The salary range represents anticipated base pay for this role. The actual pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary based on factors including but not limited to work location, candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
