Administrative Assistant
Monroeville, PA
Arbors Management currently has an opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant located in Monroeville, PA. This busy, customer-facing position is responsible for incoming phone calls, mail distribution, lease renewals, bill coding and overall office organization. If you enjoy a fast paced environment with friendly and professional colleagues, this may be the perfect position for you! Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This position will be a hybrid work schedule (office/work from home) after the training period ends.

As the Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and welcoming incoming visitors
- Processing lease renewals for existing residents
- Coding of Bills for the accounting department
- Organize and distribute mail
- Organizing and maintaining adequate office supplies
- Host office guests as they arrive
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related administrative experience OR Associate degree and 1 year of related experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong computer skills and internet knowledge
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Must pass criminal background and drug screening
- Must have drivers license and vehicle insurance
