Summary
Under the general supervision of a physician or designated supervisor, this position is a key member of the team that provides optimal healthcare to our patients. The position is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, receiving telephone calls and greeting visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Must meet one of the following:
a) High school graduate or equivalent.
b) Two years of experience in a physician practice setting in a front office position or equivalent role.
2. Fundamental understanding of personal computers and familiarity with the Windows operating system.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in a medical office.
2. Knowledge of the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
