Seeking a highly strategic and technically advanced Architect to lead the design and deployment of enterprise Generative AI solutions powered by Gemini Enterprise. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of architecture, AI strategy, and client advisory, translating complex business challenges into scalable and secure AI-driven systems. You will define end-to-end frameworks for agentic workflows, data grounding, and enterprise integration across mission-critical environments. Acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders, you will help organizations unlock the full potential of generative AI while ensuring governance, security, and performance at scale. The environment is fast-paced, innovative, and centered on delivering measurable transformation outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions using Gemini Enterprise, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across enterprise environments
  • Design advanced multi-agent systems and workflows, selecting between no-code workbench tools and custom Agent Development Kit (ADK) implementations
  • Develop RAG-based data grounding architectures connecting AI models to enterprise data sources such as BigQuery, Salesforce, and other business systems
  • Define and implement security, governance, and compliance frameworks including access controls, data residency, and agent monitoring
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive and technical leadership, defining AI adoption roadmaps, ROI frameworks, and transformation strategies
  • Lead client workshops, technical discovery sessions, and prototype development to validate architectural approaches and demonstrate business value
  • Design integration strategies embedding Gemini Enterprise across Google Workspace and broader enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Produce detailed architecture documentation, design specifications, and implementation roadmaps for delivery teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, and sales teams to refine offerings and identify new AI opportunities
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture, cloud architecture, or senior technical consulting with a focus on AI/ML or large-scale enterprise systems
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Gemini Enterprise, including agent design, workflow orchestration, data grounding, and governance configuration
  • Strong experience designing and implementing RAG architectures and enterprise AI systems
  • Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Proficiency in LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks
  • Strong programming or scripting experience, preferably in Python or similar languages
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentation experience
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; relevant Google Cloud certifications are highly valued
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Flexible remote work environment within the United States
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise AI transformation projects
  • Access to continuous learning and professional development in AI and cloud technologies
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale clients and high-impact strategic initiatives
  • Inclusive and collaborative work culture focused on innovation and growth
