Dream Center Warehouse Director in Fayetteville, North Carolina at Manna Church

The Manna Dream Center Warehouse Director is responsible for leading our efforts to fight Hunger in our community/region. They will also oversee Manna’s Disaster Relief Efforts. As part of the Manna Dream Center Outreach Team they will also be involved in the planning and executing of Centrally Planned Outreaches at Manna. In this role they report to the Manna Dream Center Director.

? Ensure Paylocity is up to date

? This includes recording your own hours (if applicable), approving your shifts by the 5th and

20th of each month, and requesting leave in a timely manner

? Manage the Dream Center Warehouse. Ensure that it is kept clean, orderly and stocked to meet

the demands of the Day Resource Center, Manna Fayetteville Site outreaches and partner

organizations that we serve.

? Responsible for coordinating with outside vendors for the receiving of purchased/donated goods

for the Dream Center Warehouse and to work with the Dream Center Administrative Assistant to

ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.

? Primarily oversees Manna Dream Center Warehouse and all its services to the Manna Dream

Center, Manna Fayetteville Sites and our community. This would include: working with the Serve

Team leader over Manna lunches to ensure that they have all the items that they need (food,

cooked meals), working with Outreach Directors at Manna Fayetteville in support of their Adopt

a Block community efforts and non profits in our community/region.

? Work with the Manna Dream Center Director to expand our services into the Community i.e

mobile pantry, services for senior citizens etc.

? Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the box truck, portable shower unit, power

pallet jack and any other equipment that is used by the Manna Dream Center.

? Seek to build an outreach team of others who serve in a focused and consistent capacity. Team

roles include Lunch Cook Team, Food Box Build, Portable Food Pantry, Portable Shower Team,

Warehouse Management.

? Provide logistical support to Manna Cliffdale for Serve Day and other centralized outreaches. As

a support to Manna Fayetteville outreaches, they will report to the Manna FayettevilleCentral

Outreach Director.

Job Qualifications:

A Certification or Degree in a related field such as Warehouse Management or 3 year equivalent in experience working in this field. CDL or experience driving box trucks.

Spiritual Requirements:

• Regular involvement in Manna Church activities and events.
• Signed acknowledgement of Manna Church’s “Statement of Faith”
• Signed acknowledgement to policies and procedures as stated in Manna Church’s employee handbook.
• Living out the spiritual principles outlined in the Employee Handbook; participation in a small group; attending worship services; involvement in outreach; following Christ personally and passionately; sexual purity.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
