This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strategic and performance-driven marketing professional to lead the full revenue acquisition engine of a fast-growing digital marketing environment. The role combines marketing leadership, sales operations, business development, and partnership strategy to drive scalable growth and strengthen market positioning. You will oversee inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives, optimize CRM and pipeline systems, and shape compelling brand messaging across multiple channels. Working closely with executive leadership, you will help refine go-to-market strategies while directly influencing revenue performance and long-term growth. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in data-driven environments, values measurable outcomes, and enjoys building high-performing systems and teams. The environment is entrepreneurial, collaborative, remote-friendly, and focused on innovation and accountability.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and oversee the full marketing function, including strategic planning, campaign execution oversight, brand positioning, and team leadership.
  • Manage and develop marketing team members while establishing scalable processes and performance standards as the organization grows.
  • Own and optimize inbound and outbound lead generation strategies targeting direct-to-consumer brands in health, wellness, and related industries.
  • Develop, test, and improve acquisition channels while maintaining measurable cost-per-qualified-lead and revenue growth targets.
  • Oversee CRM systems, pipeline reporting, attribution tracking, and sales operations to ensure accurate forecasting and visibility for leadership teams.
  • Create and refine sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, outreach frameworks, and prospect-facing assets.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships, referral relationships, sponsorship opportunities, and collaborative growth initiatives.
  • Lead content and thought leadership initiatives, including podcasts, newsletters, email marketing, and multi-channel campaigns that support brand authority and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership teams to align messaging, pricing strategies, and market positioning with operational performance and client success outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise managing paid media campaigns across Meta and/or YouTube platforms.
  • Proven track record building or scaling B2B marketing and sales functions within agency, SaaS, or service-based environments.
  • Strong experience with sales operations, CRM management, attribution modeling, and pipeline optimization.
  • Previous leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing marketing professionals or junior team members.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build models, identify trends, and transform insights into growth strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills with experience producing customer-facing marketing and sales content.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced and performance-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of ROI-driven decision-making and growth-focused operational strategies.
  • Experience within DTC supplements, health, wellness, beauty, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with podcast strategy, content production, no-code automation tools, or lightweight workflow systems is a plus.
  • Strong leadership presence, ownership mentality, and ability to communicate effectively with executives, prospects, clients, and internal teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000
  • Commission eligibility and additional performance-based compensation opportunities
  • Fully remote work environment with location flexibility within approved jurisdictions
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Life and disability insurance coverage
  • Direct collaboration with executive leadership and visibility into strategic business decisions
  • Opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact revenue and marketing function
  • Meaningful autonomy and budget ownership for marketing experimentation and growth initiatives.
