This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst (AI Automation) in India.

This role sits at the core of a modern Revenue Operations function, driving efficiency and intelligence across the full Demand-to-Retention lifecycle. You will work across the entire go-to-market funnel, from pipeline generation and forecasting to CPQ, billing, and renewals, ensuring processes are optimized and data-driven. The position blends revenue operations expertise with AI-powered automation, enabling smarter decision-making and scalable workflow improvements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Deal Desk to enhance visibility and revenue performance. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on operational excellence at global scale. Accountabilities:
  • Own and optimize end-to-end Demand-to-Retention (D2R) processes across the go-to-market lifecycle, including pipeline generation, forecasting, CPQ, billing, renewals, and expansions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, IT, and Customer Success teams to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue performance.
  • Leverage AI tools such as Claude, GPT-based platforms, and Salesforce-integrated solutions to automate workflows, enhance data quality, and generate actionable insights.
  • Design and implement AI-driven process improvements across lead routing, data enrichment, scoring models, and pipeline health analysis.
  • Optimize revenue operations workflows, governance structures, and system integrations across the GTM tech stack.
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Support enablement and adoption of new tools, automation solutions, and operational frameworks across global teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or business process optimization roles, preferably in SaaS environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and revenue operations workflows.
  • Experience with tools such as Clari, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, Leadspace, Lusha, or CPQ systems like Zuora or equivalent platforms.
  • Practical experience using AI and automation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve workflows, analysis, and data operations.
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations lifecycle including lead management, forecasting, deal desk processes, and renewals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across global teams (US, EMEA, APAC).
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Flexibility to align working hours (up to ~11 PM IST) to support global stakeholders.
