HVAC Sales Specialist Drive Residential and Commercial Comfort Solutions Job Overview

You will act as the primary face of a stable, non-private equity-backed company that offers year-round employment. How You Will Make an ImpactExecute sophisticated sales strategies to achieve an annual targets
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through professional onsite consultations and technical guidance.
Coordinate with the mechanical team to ensure proposed HVAC solutions align with technical site requirements.
Translate complex HVAC technical specifications into clear, value-driven proposals for residential and commercial clients.
Manage a consistent sales pipeline while traveling to client locations approximately 60% of the time.
Promote company values by maintaining a professional appearance and providing honest, expert recommendations.
Proven track record in HVAC sales or high-ticket mechanical equipment sales.
Advanced technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation workflows.
Demonstrated ability to close high-value contracts and meet aggressive performance benchmarks.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex client needs and technical objections.
Absolute willingness to travel within and beyond a 30-mile radius of Freehold, NJ.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales or mechanical client relations.
Completion of professional sales training programs or manufacturer-specific technical training.
Experience working in a local, independent business environment rather than private equity models.
