What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Leading and supporting intake supervisors in driving daily team performance, ensuring strong conversion rates, responsiveness, and data accuracy across the intake functionEnsuring consistent execution of intake standards, compliance requirements, and high-quality client interactions across all teamsIdentifying strategic opportunities to improve systems, processes, and performance outcomes—moving beyond execution to continuous improvement and operational leadershipSupporting change management initiatives and helping align teams with new processes, tools, and expectations across the intake organization

Required:

Minimum 3 months of experience in your current role. Experience leading or supervising a team in an intake, call center, or client-facing environmentStrong coaching and performance management skillsClose attention to detail with a focus on quality, compliance, and client experienceStrong communication skills—written and verbalComfortable supporting change initiatives and helping teams adapt to change and new process.

Nice to Have:
