PARAMEDIC at Salina Regional Health Center – Lindsborg, Kansas

Provides professional emergency medical care for assigned patients utilizing the process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation, and according to professional standards, state regulations, and in keeping with the health center mission. Works in the In-patient Nursing Unit when not functioning in the ER.

Completion of an accredited EMT-P training program

Paramedic experience within the past 5 years preferred

Current Kansas Board of Emergency Medical Services EMT-P license

Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider, or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider), or successful completion within the first 90 days of employment.

ACLS Certification o successful completion within the first six month of employment
