Position Overview

The Cleanliness Ambassador is responsible for performing deep cleaning tasks during early morning shifts before the restaurant opens. This role focuses on the areas that go beyond regular shift duties, ensuring every corner of our establishment shines.

Key Responsibilities

Deep clean fry hood louvers and ventilation systems.Clean under and behind kitchen equipment to maintain safety and sanitation.Scrub and sanitize bathrooms to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.Wash walls, windows, and glass surfaces for a spotless appearance.Detail clean dining and bar areas, including fixtures and hard-to-reach spots.Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report needs to management.Follow health and safety standards to support compliance with regulations.Qualifications

Passion for cleanliness and pride in creating a sparkling environment.Previous experience cleaning restaurants or commercial kitchens required.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Early morning availability (before restaurant opening hours).Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and cleaning equipment.Why Join Us?
