The Department of Human Enterprise and Innovation in the Bob Gaglardi School of Business and Economics, Thompson Rivers University, invites applications to teach one or two sections of Business Ethics and Society in the Winter 2026 semester.

All instruction will be in the classroom on our Kamloops campus and delivered face-to-face.
QUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate should have:
- An MBA degree or a relevant Master’s degree. (PhD preferred)
- Significant capability in the area of Business Ethics as evidenced by directly related work experience, and/or publications in this area.
- Evidence of strong teaching potential/experience.
Candidates with one or more of the following will have an added advantage:
- Evidence of strong teaching experience as reflected by student evaluations;
- Familiarity with the Moodle Learning Management System
