WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 6 months of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Comfortable use of technology (POS systems, inventory tools, MS Office)
• Ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
