The Position

Naqvi Injury Law is searching for a dependable and trustworthy Intake Specialist who possesses a positive, can-do attitude. This position entails answering calls and meeting with prospective clients to gather pertinent details and lay the foundation of their case. In this critical role, you will be the first impression that a potential client has of our firm and therefore must exude a cheerful and confident attitude while providing world-class customer service. A successful Intake Specialist is comfortable asking challenging questions while displaying high levels of patience, common sense and poise.

Successful candidates must have a positive attitude along with a wide array of skills and talents, including the following:

• Stellar customer service
• Previous experience in personal injury law is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; this includes the ability to be an excellent/empathetic listener.
• Keen attention to detail
• Previous call center experience is helpful
• Current Nevada Notary is helpful
