About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our flexographic and label production operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing flexographic presses, digital label equipment, rewinders, slitters, die-cutting systems, and related converting machinery to ensure maximum uptime, quality output, and production efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Troubleshoot and repair flexographic printing presses and converting equipment.
  • Maintain slitters, rewinders, laminators, die-cutters, and finishing systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot 110V–480V systems (single-phase and three-phase)
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair AC/DC motors, servo drives, starters, and relays.
  • Work with PLC and HMI systems to diagnose automation and control issues.
  • Maintain gearboxes, cylinders, bearings, belts, and rollers.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Assist with installation and commissioning of new printing equipment.
  • Maintain maintenance records and follow safety standards.
Qualifications
  • 2-year technical degree or industrial apprenticeship preferred or minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Experience in flexographic printing, label converting, or packaging manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, control systems, and AC/DC drives.
  • Experience troubleshooting servo motors and press automation systems.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
