- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a strategic territory call plan to engage prescribers and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing prescribers
- Deliver persuasive, science-based presentations to promote specialty products
- Analyze market trends and territory data to inform sales strategies and optimize results
- Collaborate with district and cross-functional partners to maximize business impact
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, acting with integrity at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; sales or healthcare-related degrees preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of direct sales experience; pharmaceutical or Women’s Health sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
- Analytical and process-oriented, capable of leveraging data to drive territory planning
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other sales tools
