Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Ambassador to support the firm’s digital presence through engaging content creation and active community engagement across multiple social media platforms. This role is responsible for developing and publishing social media posts, blogs, and other digital content to expand the firm’s online visibility, brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stay current with social media trends and digital marketing strategies.

A Social Media Ambassador represents the firm online by building authentic connections with audiences, engaging with followers, and promoting the firm’s brand in a professional and engaging manner.

Duties and Responsibilities
Create, publish, and manage content across the firm’s social media platforms.
Maintain and update all social media channels to ensure consistent activity and engagement.
Ensure all content aligns with the firm’s brand identity and messaging while incorporating current social media trends.
Monitor and track engagement metrics, messages, and social media channel traffic.
Engage with followers, respond to messages, and interact with relevant industry influencers when appropriate.
Create compelling branded content for social media platforms, blogs, email campaigns, scripts, and other marketing materials.
Monitor and manage reviews across all platforms and respond to client feedback in a professional manner.
Track social media performance and assist in preparing monthly analytics and performance reports.
Maintain an active and professional online presence that reflects the firm’s values and reputation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Working Conditions
Full-time, in-house position located in Georgia.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary.
Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work may be required depending on marketing initiatives or events.
