About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with a degree in Human Resources or equivalent to join our remote recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about identifying top talent, improving hiring processes, and delivering an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.)
Conduct structured interviews to assess technical and behavioral competencies
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish required; additional languages are a plus)
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (remote experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and interview techniques
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for international or multicultural teams
Familiarity with behavioral interviewing and competency-based assessments
Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment KPIs
