We are seeking a technically skilled and highly collaborative Customer Success Engineer to ensure customers achieve maximum value from their data protection and resilience platforms. You will act as the primary technical owner for assigned accounts, driving onboarding, adoption, and optimization initiatives while proactively identifying risks and opportunities. This role involves close engagement with both technical and executive stakeholders to provide measurable outcomes, perform resilience assessments, and support long-term account growth. You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values both technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills, contributing directly to customers’ operational success and strategic objectives. Your work will have a direct impact on improving customer trust, reliability, and resilience in critical IT environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead onboarding and adoption initiatives for enterprise and commercial accounts, configuring environments, and guiding stakeholders through best practices.
  • Conduct technical assessments, disaster recovery simulations, and resilience maturity evaluations to ensure measurable customer outcomes.
  • Identify churn risks, migration opportunities, and upsell potential; provide actionable insights to support renewals and expansion.
  • Build protection plans and recommend architecture or product solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and account teams to execute adoption campaigns and drive expansion.
  • Engage executive stakeholders with clear reporting, risk analysis, and technical recommendations.
  • Own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap, influencing pricing and renewal terms in partnership with leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles such as Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales SE, or Technical Account Management.
  • Advanced English proficiency; strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, scripting/automation, and cloud platforms.
  • Proven experience designing and executing protection plans, migrations, and recovery simulations.
  • Relevant certifications preferred (VMCE required, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect a plus).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with CISO/CIO-level executives.
  • Ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and measurable value.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Benefits:

  • 25 paid vacation days plus RTT, 4 additional self-care days, and 24 paid volunteer hours annually.
  • Mandatory public health insurance with comprehensive coverage.
  • Employer-paid private medical, dental, optical, and wellness plans, with dependent coverage options.
  • Life insurance with enhanced coverage above standard thresholds.
  • State and supplementary pension contributions.
  • Access to on-demand learning libraries, mentoring, workshops, and professional development events.
  • Opportunities to contribute to innovative, high-impact projects in a supportive environment.
