This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and execute full lifecycle Certinia (FinancialForce) implementation projects in a collaborative, remote environment. You will play a key role in designing, building, and enhancing ERP and financial management solutions, ensuring system resiliency, performance, and alignment with business requirements. The position involves working closely with stakeholders, conducting workshops, and translating complex business needs into functional specifications. You will contribute to continuous improvement of technology solutions while applying best practices and standards, making a tangible impact on operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for a motivated consultant with deep ERP expertise, strong functional knowledge of Certinia modules, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle Certinia (FinancialForce) implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications
• Design, configure, and implement solutions across key Certinia modules, including Billing, ERP/Financials, and PSA
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and resiliency for deployed products
• Support testing, prepare test plans, and manage functional validation processes
• Research, suggest, and implement new technology solutions following industry best practices
• Contribute actively as a productive team member, sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement

• 7–8 years of professional experience in consulting, ERP implementations, or related domains
• Hands-on involvement in 2–3 full lifecycle Certinia (FinancialForce) implementation projects
• Strong functional expertise in key Certinia modules such as Billing, ERP/Financials, and PSA
• Demonstrated ability to conduct workshops and communicate effectively with business users and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of core Salesforce platform concepts
• Experience preparing functional specifications, test plans, and managing project deliverables
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently and deliver high-quality output in a part-time, remote working environment
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Certinia (FinancialForce) certification
• Background in accounting, finance, or experience with other ERP systems
• Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware) and data migration
