Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily work orders and apartment turns
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
  • Perform painting, drywall repair, and carpentry
  • Complete preventative maintenance and basic grounds care
  • Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
  • Experience with:
    • Drywall, painting, carpentry
    • Plumbing repairs (copper pipe, fixtures, toilets)
    • Electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting)
    • Appliance troubleshooting (washer/dryer, fridge, stove)
    • Gas & electric water heaters
  • EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification REQUIRED
  • Valid drivers license + reliable transportation REQUIRED
  • Ability to work MondayFriday, 8am5pm, with on-call every 4 weeks
