$25.00 – $32.00/hr DOE + Weekly Pay + Full Benefits

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Full-time / In-office

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Review invoices for approvals, coding, and supporting documents
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Process ACH payments, online payments, and check runs
• Maintain vendor files and records

Additional Accounting Support

• Reconcile company credit card statements
• Assist with month-end close tasks
• Improve AP and billing workflows where possible

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or Accounting experience
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced office
• Professional communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, or service industry
• NetSuite or ERP software experience
• Month-end close experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English
