Job Description

Senior People Experience Specialist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior People Experience Specialist in France.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and continuously improving the employee experience within a fast-growing, globally distributed organization. You will combine operational excellence with data-driven thinking to design, automate, and optimize People processes across the entire employee lifecycle. Acting as both a builder and an advisor, you will enhance HR workflows, improve systems, and support scalable People programs that enable a high-performing culture. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and engagement across a remote-first workforce. This is a highly impactful position for someone who enjoys combining systems thinking, analytics, and communication to elevate how people operations function at scale. You will also contribute to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen connection across international teams.

Accountabilities
  • Drive and improve end-to-end People Experience operations by designing, automating, and optimizing workflows across onboarding, offboarding, performance, and compensation processes, ensuring scalability and consistency in a global environment.
  • Act as a key partner for cross-functional stakeholders, supporting the delivery of People programs, improving employee experience, and ensuring alignment with broader business goals and culture initiatives.
  • Own and optimize HRIS systems (such as HiBob), ensuring data accuracy, continuous improvement, and effective configuration to support evolving organizational needs.
  • Capture, analyze, and interpret People data to build dashboards, define key metrics, and generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead internal communication efforts, including employee updates, knowledge base content, and global All Hands support, ensuring clarity and engagement across distributed teams.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex employee queries while supporting the continuous improvement of global People Operations processes.
  • Contribute to the adoption of automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and enhance the employee experience at scale.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in People Operations, HR, or People Experience roles within fast-paced, global, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong expertise in HRIS systems (ideally HiBob) with hands-on experience in system optimization, automation, and process improvement.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices across the employee lifecycle, combined with the ability to operate in a global, distributed organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, build reports, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with experience creating clear internal communications and engaging employee-facing content.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in an asynchronous, remote-first environment with a high level of ownership.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across functions such as HR, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Miro, Loom) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as French are a plus.
Benefits
  • Fully remote-first work environment with the ability to work from anywhere within a globally distributed team setup.
  • Generous paid time off, including extended annual leave allowances depending on location.
  • Monthly wellbeing allowance supporting physical, mental, and lifestyle needs.
  • Comprehensive mental health support services and resources.
  • Flexible parental leave policies with extended support for new parents.
  • Home office and equipment stipend to support a productive remote setup.
  • Opportunity to work in a highly diverse, international, and mission-driven organization focused on global impact.
  • Strong culture of autonomy, trust, and asynchronous collaboration.
