AR Specialist at Infinx

Ni2 Health is actively recruiting for an AR Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Team to handle tasks such as billing, collections, or denial management.  The ideal candidate is action oriented and looking to learn and grow with Ni2 to advance within the organization.  The AR Specialist will:

• Manage revenue cycle processes end-to-end
• Identify and resolve issue impacting revenue
• Collaborate across clinical and financial areas
• Analyze metrics and reports to enhance performance
• Ensure adherence to revenue cycle best practices
• Assist in other duties as assigned

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Position is fully remote.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of Hospital and/or Physician AR Billing Experience Required
• Experience with claims follow-up and denial management required
• Experience with Veterans Administration payers preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Proficiency with Epic preferred
• Proficiency with various billing systems: Waystar, SSI, Quadax, Availity, Etc.
