We are an infant–toddler developmental school dedicated to supporting children ages 18 months to 3 years with developmental delays and special needs. Our highly rated Early Start program, located within a state-of-the-art educational facility, provides compassionate, evidence-based early intervention services designed to help each child reach their fullest potential. Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support infants and toddlers with communication, language, and feeding needs in a center-based school setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, family coaching, and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech, language, communication, and feeding evaluations for infants and toddlers.

  • Provide individualized early intervention sessions tailored to each child’s developmental needs.

  • Support and coach caregivers to strengthen communication strategies in daily routines.

  • Develop IFSP goals in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary team members.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required Early Start reports.

  • Participate in team meetings, IFSP reviews, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Current California SLP license (or eligibility).

  • Pediatric experience preferred, especially with infants and toddlers.

  • Strong communication and family-coaching skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Bilingual languages a plus.
