Position: Early Intervention Specialist

We are an infant–toddler developmental school dedicated to supporting children ages 0–3 with developmental delays and special needs. We are seeking a caring, knowledgeable Early Intervention Specialist to provide developmental services to infants and toddlers through **engaging, evidence-based, ** programming in a center-based school environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, enjoys coaching families, and thrives in a multidisciplinary team.

• Conduct developmental assessments, including DAYC assessments, and contribute to IFSP goal development.

• Provide engaging, evidence-based, developmental sessions in a center-based school setting.

• Coach caregivers to support ongoing developmental progress at home.

• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and service coordinators.

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required reports.

• Participate in team meetings, IFSP reviews, and professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Human Development, Social Work, or related field.

• Experience with infants, toddlers, or children with developmental delays preferred.

• Strong communication and caregiver-coaching skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Bilingual languages a plus.
