As aCare Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care experiences for both new and existing clients. You will work closely with clients and their families to understand their goals and develop tailored care plans that support their independence and wellbeing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and families
    • Lead client onboarding, reviews, and ongoing care coordination through awellness and reablement lens
    • Develop and formalise individualised care plans and service agreements
    • Actively promote Dovidas services to ensure high-quality support and stronger business outcomes
    • Provide ongoing feedback and collaboration with our Caregiver team
    • Document interactions and keep all stakeholders informed

    About you

    • Previous experience in aged care and aged care systems, ideally Home Care Packages/Support at Home
    • Previous experience in case management is desirable
    • Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills
    • A confident, professional approach to customer engagement and delivering on promises
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Proactive, solutions focused and engaging
    • Valid Australian Drivers Licence and willingness to travel across the region
