About This Position
We have some urgent requirements with 6 years experience ServiceNow Developer to play crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service management and operational workflows..
MANDATORY – MUST HAVE:
ServiceNow platform expertise (development, configuration, integration).
JavaScript and scripting knowledge.
API integration (REST/SOAP web services).
ITSM and ITOM process optimization.
ITSM, CSM, HAM experience
Agile/Scrum project delivery.
Technical documentation and system design.
State experience preferred
