Our partners consistently tell us we provide the highest quality candidates they've found.Your Responsibilities:Project Participation: Contribute to system implementation, development, and support projects specifically designed for the public sector.Stakeholder Management: Communicate with clients to analyze their needs regarding system creation, development, and/or integration. Collect requirements and ensure effective communication between all related parties.Documentation: Prepare requirement specification documents, interface process diagrams, process visualizations, and technical documentation.Workflow Management: Plan and prioritize development tasks and organize the programming teams workflow.Technical Tasks: Prepare solutions and technical tasks for developers, followed by monitoring and overseeing the implementation process.Quality Assurance: Perform compliance testing for system changes and ensure proper documentation of results.Requirements:Education: University degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field; Masters students are also welcome to apply.Experience: At least 4 year of experience in a Business or System Analyst role.Analytical Skills: A passion for analysis and design, with a strong ability to gather, systematize, and summarize complex information.Communication: A team-oriented mindset with excellent client communication skills.Organizational Skills: Ability to plan your own activities, manage priorities, and make independent decisions related to your job functions.Personal Attributes: Result-oriented, proactive, responsible, and capable of independent learning.Preferred Skills (Bonus):Practical experience with UML.Experience working in an Agile environment.
