Job Overview
  • Company: MoSEAL Asphalt Services.

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 - $90,000+ per year plus Performance and Year-End Bonuses.

  • Location: Mid-Missouri (Onsite).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Overtime, Occasional nights and weekends.

  • Project Scope: Residential, Commercial, and Municipal Paving.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: OSHA 10, Drivers License (Class E).

You will serve as a senior field leader, spearheading paving operations for a family-owned business that prioritizes quality over quantity. You will directly influence the growth of our asphalt program by driving elite crew performance and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Direct all asphalt paving operations and job sites to ensure every project meets our strict quality standards.

  • Supervise and mentor multiple crews to foster a culture of professional growth and technical mastery.

  • Coordinate complex project schedules, material deliveries, and equipment logistics to maintain peak productivity.

  • Execute hands-on technical support by operating pavers, rollers, and milling equipment whenever the team needs assistance.

  • Evaluate on-site technical and logistical issues in real-time to prevent project delays and ensure safety compliance.

  • Promote continuous improvement by training employees on advanced paving techniques and modern equipment operation.

  • Represent the company as the primary liaison for clients and inspectors to ensure transparent communication.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience specifically within the asphalt paving field required.

  • Proven expertise operating pavers, rollers, skid steers, loaders, and milling equipment.

  • Extensive background managing commercial, residential, and municipal paving projects.

  • Proficiency in reading project plans and managing complex jobsite logistics.

  • Professional, honest, and hardworking demeanor with a commitment to "no drama" leadership.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Masters Degree or higher in a relevant technical or management field.

  • Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL).

  • Demonstrated experience in developing crew members for long-term career advancement.

  • Advanced knowledge of specialized asphalt paving technologies and innovations.
