Job Overview: Seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in palliative care. The APP serves as a leader, consultant, researcher, educator and direct care provider to families and patients facing serious illnesses. Core competencies include direct clinical practice, consultation, patient coaching, and ethical decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Required: Master’s degree required; current New Jersey license as an Advance Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.
• Preferred: Palliative Care experience

Certifications and Licenses:

• Current NJ APP License
• Valid prescriptive authority in New Jersey, including active CDS and DEA registrations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Scheduling Requirements:

• Flexible - 8–10-hour shifts
• Weekdays and weekends
