As one of our Integrated Financial Planning (IFP) team members, you will play a critical role within our organization in helping our financial representatives grow their financial services practice. The Role:
Your ability to build lasting relationships and enhance the advisor and client experience is vital. As an IFP team member, you'll work with financial representatives to ensure efficient, productive, and profitable practices. You'll address advisors' operational needs, use innovative digital tools, and collaborate on team development to create a productive workspace.
Responsibilities:
Partner with financial representatives to develop successful practices using proprietary software.
Lead operational improvement processes within an advisor’s practice.
Communicate with Home Office, representatives, and clients for policy approval.
Craft comprehensive financial plans tailored to client needs.
Open investment accounts and manage documentation.
Execute investment trades efficiently.
Stay updated on investment regulations.
Process insurance applications using technology for signatures.
Input client data into planning software and CRM.
Confirm client appointments.
Attend weekly development and team meetings to advance industry mastery.

What We Offer:
Full-time, 40-hour work week, exempt position.
Competitive pay starting at $60,000 - $72,000 annually based on experience.
