We’re looking for an experienced Duty Manager who enjoys leading from the floor, supporting their team and running a great shift in a busy venue.

THE ROLE
Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll lead shifts across bar, bistro, gaming and TAB, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and standards remain high.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading shifts and setting the standard for service and professionalism
• Managing opens and closes, cash handling, stock control and reporting
• Ensuring licensing, gaming and safety compliance
• Supporting guests and resolving issues confidently
• Coaching and developing team members
You’ll be trusted to run your shift properly, make sound decisions and keep the venue operating at a high standard.

ABOUT YOU
You’re confident running busy shifts, calm under pressure and lead your team by example.
You’ll bring:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Duty Manager in a multi-faceted venue
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid decision-making ability under pressure
• A positive, team-focused mindset
• Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
• Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG
• IdealPOS and Deputy experience highly regarded
