Make-Ready Technician in St. Peters, Missouri at MLP Management LLC

A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP,LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Make Ready Technician. Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community including daily trash detail, upkeep of grounds, amenities, building interiors, exteriors and other community areas.
• Assist in the timely completion of rent readies, including painting
• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in the upkeep of pool maintenance including checking and maintaining pool chemical levels and cleaning of the pool
• Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules

Qualifications:

• 1 year grounds, general maintenance or grounds/housekeeping experience required
• Knowledgeable in all areas of light maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• 1 year multi-family experience required
• CPO preferred
