This role sits at the heart of the customer onboarding and configuration journey, ensuring that clients are set up accurately and efficiently to use global financial products at scale. You will act as a key operational connector between commercial, product, and technical teams, translating client requirements into properly configured account settings and capabilities. By supporting seamless onboarding experiences, you will directly influence customer satisfaction, speed to value, and long-term success. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional, requiring strong coordination across global teams and time zones. You will play a critical role in maintaining accuracy across client configurations while continuously identifying opportunities to improve onboarding workflows. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated by delivering operational excellence in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
- Partner with account executives to update and configure customer pricing and account settings based on commercial requirements.
- Work closely with solution engineers to gather, validate, and implement technical and functional configuration needs for client onboarding.
- Ensure accurate setup of client accounts to enable smooth transaction processing in production environments.
- Maintain and update customer account configurations throughout the lifecycle to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with commercial, operations, and product teams to identify and summarize opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and customer experience.
- Support and manage operational initiatives and projects that enhance onboarding efficiency and align with US business goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or operational roles within a technology-driven organization.
- Strong ability to quickly learn new products, systems, and processes with an adaptable problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills, follow-through, and sound judgment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams and time zones.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly and accuracy is critical.
