ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Use your exceptional attention to detail to accurately prepare outgoing mail?

· Safely and efficiently utilize commercial printing/folding/metering equipment

· Diligently scan and upload documents and faxes??

· Inquisitively and creatively find and fix recurring issues while making minor policy changes in a customized software program??

· Work in a self-directed manner, identifying what needs to be taken care of and following through

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Well-organized with excellent attention to detail??

· Ability to provide unparalleled customer service??

· Familiarity with Microsoft products, ability to type and use a 10-key (required)??

· 1-3 years customer service, administrative, or mail room experience (preferred)??

· A familiarity with insurance processing (preferred)?
