Summary:
Vighter is recruiting Occupational Health Quality Assurance (QA) Managers to provide quality management and quality assurance/oversight to employees at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Fort Worth, TX. The Occupational Health Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s quality assurance and compliance framework for occupational health services. This role ensures that all clinical and operational activities meet established standards for quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and contractual performance.
The position integrates quality management, regulatory oversight, audit readiness, and performance improvement to support consistent, compliant, and high-quality occupational health service delivery across all sites and programs.

Principle Accountabilities:
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those governed by Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Department of the Treasury, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
- Monitors compliance with occupational health program requirements, including medical surveillance, respirator clearance, and drug and alcohol testing.
- Maintains knowledge of regulatory updates and ensures timely implementation of changes.
- Supports accreditation, inspection, and audit processes.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those governed by Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Department of Transportation, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
- Monitors compliance with occupational health program requirements, including medical surveillance, respirator clearance, and drug and alcohol testing.
- Maintains knowledge of regulatory updates and ensures timely implementation of changes.
- Supports accreditation, inspection, and audit processes.
- Plans and conducts internal audits of clinical, operational, and documentation practices.
- Coordinates external audits and serves as the primary point of contact for auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Ensures all documentation and records are audit-ready and compliant with organizational and contractual requirements.
- Tracks audit findings and ensures timely resolution of deficiencies.
- Develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, compliance, and operational performance.
- Analyzes data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Leads quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Ensures continuous improvement processes are embedded across all programs.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Employees shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the job requirements, including ability to speak, understand, read and write English fluently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment with limited supervision
- Excellent organizational, scheduling and prioritization skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance, compliance, or clinical operations.
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and audit processes.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health services, clinical documentation standards, and quality management principles.
Duty Hours / On-call Requirements:
- The expected duty hours for this position are 6 hours per day and 3-4 days per week. These services will generally be provided during normal working hours, which are defined as Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

- Location: Fort Worth, TX
Travel:
- As required to satisfy the contractual obligations. Commuting is non-compensatory. All official travel is government funded.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and/or sit for more than 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to use an elevator or walk up and down stairs.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 10 feet.
- Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees and reach above and below shoulders.
- Must be able to read and interpret handwritten and typewritten print.
- Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear.
- Must be willing to work day, night, weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overtime if necessary.
- Must be able to perform duties in an indoor and/or outdoor environment.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation. Candidate must not have been convicted of, pled guilty to, pled nolo contender to, or received probation prior to judgement for any crime other than a minor traffic violation, the record of which has not been expunged.
- Must undergo Urine Drug Screening (UDS).
- Must be a Citizen of the United States or legally authorized to work in the United States of America.
