- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic, consultative recruitment guidance
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across specialized sectors
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and market mapping
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation
- Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring challenges, along with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to overcome hiring roadblocks and optimize recruitment outcomes
- Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, health tech, or related sectors
- Proven experience recruiting for domains such as Payor/Provider, Revenue Cycle Management, Value-Based Care, or Healthcare IT
- Strong ability to engage and recruit executive and leadership-level talent
- Expertise in sourcing techniques, including data mining and talent mapping
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with hiring managers in a consultative capacity
- Experience working in a recruitment agency or executive search firm is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $45 to $55, based on experience and market factors
