This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who is passionate about identifying and engaging top technical talent in a fast-moving hiring environment. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology-focused roles, helping teams secure high-quality candidates across functions such as software engineering, IT, and technical operations. The position combines sourcing expertise, candidate evaluation, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver efficient hiring outcomes. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, advise on market trends, and build effective hiring strategies. A strong focus is placed on candidate experience, process improvement, and hiring speed without compromising quality. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, from sourcing through offer stage and onboarding coordination.
- Use multiple sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct screening calls, and assess candidate qualifications for technical and cultural fit.
- Conduct structured interviews and coordinate technical assessments with relevant stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and market availability of talent.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment regulations and internal hiring policies.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical recruitment with a proven record of hiring technology professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Good understanding of technical roles, hiring terminology, and skill sets across software development, IT infrastructure, engineering, or related areas.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
