We’re seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead business operations, financial performance, and administrative functions across assigned facilities and programs. This role is responsible for ensuring strong fiscal management, operational consistency, and alignment with corporate strategy—while partnering closely with leadership to drive sustainable results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee business office operations across multiple facilities, including budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable, payroll, purchasing, inventory, fleet, and contract management.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily business functions in alignment with corporate policies and GAAP standards.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and performance insights.
- Partner with corporate finance and operational leaders to align financial performance with strategic priorities.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, including wage verification, approvals, and timely processing of adjustments.
- Interpret and manage contract terms, including billing, reimbursement structures, and cost controls to support profitability.
- Maintain compliance with all financial policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Supervise and develop Business Managers and administrative staff, fostering accountability and performance.
- Monitor financial trends and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support collaboration across departments to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (required)
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Experience
- Five (5) years of experience in a financial role involving budgeting and/or government contract administration (required)
- Two (2) years of leadership experience (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including excel (required)
- Experience in healthcare finance (preferred)
