We’re looking for skilled TCPs and LCTs who know their way around a work zone and can keep traffic moving without losing their sanity. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and can handle the occasional “creative” driver, we want you on our crew

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.01 - $30.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Valid TCP certification with at least, 1yr exp. as a TCP and 1yr as a LCT.
• A positive attitude — grumpy flaggers need not apply.
• Reliability — showing up on time keeps the roads (and your crew) moving.
• The ability to stay cool when someone insists they’re “just turning right.”
• Clean Drivers Abstract
• Road Paving experience considered an asset
• Experience with Heavy Equipment and asset
• Fantastic verbal and written Communications skills
• Being active and enjoy what you do, and being a Safety First mentality
